Season 2 in progress

Friday, 20th July 2007 - 12:12pm (AEST)

This is just a confirmation that we are doing a season 2 of Frank and Dale. In fact we're in the middle of production right now. It will still be a couple of months before it comes out, but please stay tuned, keep suckin' on the ol' RSS feed, and tell as many friends as you can.

Hopefully not. Part of the problem is that we're really busy with the radio show A Walk in the Black Forest at the moment, as we get closer to the Australian federal election.

All the new scripts for Frank and Dale season 2 have actually been written. We just need to find the time to produce them. Please give us another month. We definitely plan to do season 2, whenever that may be. We've even upped our graphics capability, so the quality will better as will some of the actual character movements.

Just wondering, have you guys ever thought of using NIS in worldbuilder to do these? I just think it'd give you alot more freedom since the AI won't be a factor and the unique situations and such.

Well if all the new scripts have been written then there is hope. I can be patient.. i just hope that you guys do season 2 and just don't forget about it.

It was a good series while it lasted

Someone should start up a new CoH Machinima.

I think the reason this messed up is because the way they used the engine, it was such a way that the germans and allies could never interact, and with the climax the series reached... Well you know, unavoidable. So they just sort of tucked it aside and hoped no-one would notice...

Yeh, although who has the time, or the skills to do that... anyone? I love the game, but do not have the time to learn how to. I wish they would at least post and tell us it's over, but we still occasionly check it to see if they've done anything lol, we still hope it comes back, well lets see what happens.

Well NIS is quite simple to use, there are quite a few people who use it to make full-on action movies (search for hill 331) so I'm sure it'd be easy to find someone willing.
